Your Portugal trip as a book, not a folder.

Upload everything you shot in Portugal: tiled facades, trams on a hill, the cliffs at the south coast and a week of dinners outdoors. The AI reads where and when each frame was taken, turns the route into chapters, picks the strongest shots and lays out a 300 × 300 mm layflat hardcover for you to approve. The book is printed in Germany and posted to your home address.

The trip ends, the photos stay where they landed

A week in Portugal fills a phone with the same yellow tram from four angles, thirty near-identical shots of azulejo tiles, and one sunset over the Atlantic that everybody photographed at once. The good frames are in there; they are just buried.

The location and capture time already inside each file do the geography. Lisbon on Tuesday becomes one chapter, Sintra on Wednesday another, the Algarve its own; near-identical frames are set aside rather than printed twice.

How it works, in three steps

  1. 01

    Upload the whole trip

Everything, from any device: JPEG, HEIC / HEIF, PNG, WebP, AVIF, up to 50 MB each. A two-line brief with the stops — Lisbon, Sintra, the Algarve, Porto — puts the real place names into the chapter titles.

  2. 02

    The route becomes the chapters

Lisbon, Sintra, the Algarve and Porto are far enough apart that location alone separates them cleanly, and capture time splits a long stay in one city into days. A drive down the coast becomes chapters in the order you drove it, not the order the files happened to sync.

  3. 03

    Approve, and it ships home

Rename chapters, swap any photo, set the page count from 26 to 80, then order. The book is printed in Germany and delivered to your address anywhere in the European Union, typically 6–10 working days door to door.

  • MakeAlbum is run from Lisbon, so the Portuguese place names, spelling and accents in your brief come through correctly in the chapter titles.
  • Panoramas and wide landscape frames get full-bleed spreads; the layflat pages open completely, so nothing disappears into the fold.

Questions

Will the chapter titles use Portuguese place names properly?

Yes. Write the places in your brief the way you would say them — Alfama, Cascais, Ponta da Piedade — and they are used as ground truth for the titles, accents included. You can rewrite any title afterwards.

Can I order the album after I get home?

Yes, and most people do. Upload while the trip is fresh, or months later; albums stay in your account and the price is the same. Delivery is to any address on the list: 25 EU countries plus United Kingdom, United States.

Some shots are from a camera, some from a phone. Does that matter?

No. Everything goes into the same album; JPEG, HEIC / HEIF, PNG, WebP, AVIF are all accepted, and photos a professional shot for you work exactly the same. Files without GPS are placed by capture time and content instead of location, and any photo can be moved to another chapter in the editor.
