An iPhone camera roll grows by a few hundred photos a month and almost none of them get printed. The reason is rarely the printing. It is the step before it: opening the roll, going through the bursts and the screenshots, choosing eighty frames and putting them in an order that tells the story.
Most photo book tools make that step yours. They also expect JPEGs, so an iPhone shooting HEIC means an export before you can even start. MakeAlbum takes the roll as it is and does the sorting for you, then hands the decisions back before anything is printed.

Open the upload page in Safari or Chrome on the iPhone, or on a computer, and select the whole set. JPEG, HEIC / HEIF, PNG, WebP, AVIF are accepted up to 50 MB each; HEIC is converted for you. 50–200 photos per album works best.
The AI filters and builds chapters
Every photo is scored for sharpness, exposure and duplicates and read for its EXIF time, GPS and content. Weak and repeated frames are set aside, the rest is clustered into chapters by time, place and subject, and the strongest frames are chosen to fill your page count. Chapter titles are drafted from a short brief you write.
Review, approve, printed
Swap any photo from the tray, rename a chapter, reorder spreads, pick the cover. When you approve, the book is printed as a 300 × 300 mm layflat hardcover and shipped to you, tracked, with shipping included in the price.

Questions
Do I need to convert HEIC to JPEG first?
No. HEIC and HEIF files upload as they are and are converted for you. The accepted formats are JPEG, HEIC / HEIF, PNG, WebP, AVIF, up to 50 MB per file.
Can I upload from the iPhone itself?
Yes. The upload page works in Safari or Chrome on the phone as well as on a computer. A large set uploads faster over Wi-Fi, and you can add more photos to the album later.
What happens to Live Photos and screenshots?
A Live Photo uploads as its still frame. Screenshots and other frames you do not want in the book can be removed in the editor; nothing is printed until you approve every spread.
